Sterile single-use U100 insulin syringe with fixed needle. Formerly BD Micro-Fine+. Use only as directed by a healthcare professional and dispose of safely in an approved sharps container.

Each needle has been manufactured with a special surgical grade stainless steel needle which has been coated with special Micro-Bonded lubrication for a more comfortable injection.

This product is supplied in boxes of 100

BRAND NOTICE : Formerly BD Micro-Fine+. BD has spun-off their diabetes care business into the new company embecta, and subsequently the packaging will be changing.
Please note that retailers are currently selling through remaining BD stock before fully transitioning to the embecta-branded packaging, so you may receive either BD or embecta during this transition.

For both pen needle and insulin syringes, you will notice that the new product brand name no longer includes BD, so they will be either embecta ‘Viva™’ or ‘Micro-Fine™.’

There have been no advised changes to the products; using the same manufacturing process. The repackaging maintains the exact same manufacturing, quality, and CE marking, PIP requirements, but introduces new GTIN identifiers. The embecta products are covered by insurance just as the BD products were covered.
